We just completed our lastest remodel that we bought from an “Out of State” landlord. He had lived  in the condo himself for years until he had to move to Arizona to take care of his sick mother. Our first order of business was removing all of the old, dated popcorn ceilings and retexturing with a light orange peel which made the 1980’s space look 100% better. Then, we painted the entire space with a pale gray wall paint and bright white trim. The cabinets were painted “urbane bronze” to add some contrast. We retiled the shower surround with 12×24 high gloss porcelain and glass mosaic tile insert. We installed a white glass subway tile for the kitchen backsplash and replaced the monstrous fridge with a counter depth French door substitute in order to create more space in the galley kitchen. All  plumbing and lighting was updated with contemporary sleek fixtures. Lastly , we replaced all of the flooring with bamboo in the living areas and fresh carpet in the bedrooms. In addition to all of the updates by us, the property features a lovely pool, courtyard, private covered parking and security gates.

Now it’s done and ready for move in!
